Thankful Thursday.

Today I am thankful for:

-- a healthy husband and child, right here, right now.

-- a wonderful big cozy king size bed with flannel sheets in which we all rest together.

-- a nearly full deep freeze and plenty enough provisions to share with others.

-- the gift of snuggling my son and watching a bit of Super Why together before settling in to breakfast.

-- Ziggy's delighted and mostly solo play with multiple strands of Christmas beads, an old lunch box, a gardening kneeling pad, and a pair of well worn Crocs.

-- a mate who shares similar parenting values.

-- the invitation from a dear old friend to commit to a sacred contract to steps toward radiant health with a group of like minded women.

-- my beloved chicks who have been my closest and dearest sister friends for decades.

-- the opportunity to gift Deanna with a blessingway and to gather with some wonderful women.

-- a fantastic yogurt cake with fresh frozen blueberries, lemon glaze and two small-child mitt prints.

-- the reminder of how precious life is, and how necessary it is to be here now, engaging and loving fully.
