Strawberry bed.

So I think I was clever in re-purposing this old kiddie pool. I used my utility knife to cut the bottom out (it had holes, so would no longer stand as the resident child's pool. ) I layered newsprint on the grass, loaded in soil and compost. Planted lettuce seed, and a mere six strawberry plants. Nothing to speak of this year, but maybe next?
