happy new year to me. (and to you, too.)

one of my many goals for ought six is to update the blog 5 x a week.

baby bootcamp has claimed my time up to now-- it's moving so fast!! as of last night, the boy child can roll over!

we did ditch the baby bucket (seen here in its last days of use & now gone on to serve another family) after a trip east to celebrate Christmas with the La Grones and a northward haul to ring in New Years with the Babcock and Christenson clan and the latest retreat with the Chicks for Peace, this time, in our old hometown (for school) of Chattanooga. Ms. Booty went with the Britax Roundabout, knowing that the narrower base was an essential following her hop to to the backseat with baby trip to Michigan--- our seats are narrow, Ms. Booty's seat is NOT. ay! with Mama Loca, Mama Booty wrestled that rascal into place and Ziggy's riding like a rear facing big guy now.

we're throwing the baby signs 'round the Booty household, are doing an infant massage class with friend and neighbor Angel, and are in the throes of babyproofing while looking for a more suitable home of homes.
